One of the principles we promote is "taking care of and responsibility for our planet." In practice, this means that we minimize the use of animals: we do not organize or finance workshops with meat (fish is also meat), and we are trying to promote a vegan (that is, plant-based) diet.
We know that it is possible to have a delicious and healthy diet without contributing to the suffering of others. We ask the same of our guests.
We try to use as unprocessed food as we can, the production of which caused as little suffering and damage to the environment as possible.
