We have put a lot of effort into making the Ukrainian refugees feel safe in Poland since 24 February 2022.
Moreover, we have joined a platform called Talk To Loop in order to increase the quality of our work and services, and to meet current needs of the people we help.
This collaboration enabled us to make the fifth commitment of the CHS (the Core Humanitarian Standards). Thanks to that the recipients of humanitarian aid have a possibility to share feedback regardless of its kind and nature.
