Belarus is often referred to as Europe's last dictatorship, but rarely do people try to explain what that actually means and how it came about. At the next meeting about Belarus, we will delve into the topic and try to detail both the origins and essence of Belarusian authoritarianism.
The meeting will be led by Danila Plisau, a UMCS student majoring in Political Science.
