Requests for assistance can be submitted no later than 16:00 on the previous working day and no earlier than one week before the planned visit.

Assistance is a free, daily individual assistance service for medical, doctor and official procedures in Lublin, dedicated to newly arrived refugees and migrants. It includes:

• Information about the functioning of the healthcare system in Poland.
• Assistance in communication in doctors' offices and official institutions.
• Support during medical visits and procedures.
• Support in arranging appointments with medical specialists.
