Wiktoria Dudek manages the platform Talk To Loop, through which concerns, feedback on the organization's work, and the assistance provided by the organization can be reported. She coordinates survey research (surveys, interviews, creates all forms) in ongoing association projects - at accommodation points and among refugees to whom we provide assistance. She works on Core Humanitarian Standards at Homo Faber. She also builds a training database. What does this mean? She gathers the team's needs regarding training, workshops, seminars, and development trips for our employees and volunteers. She organizes these trainings, monitors their effectiveness in further team work and individual development. She ensures that all individuals working with us are trained in all key areas of our work. Wiktoria is the MEAL Officer at the Community Center, coordinates the Lublin Trainer School, and the Invisible Residents project.
