I am a member of a psychological team and work with adults, children, and adolescents from 10 years old. During sessions with adults, we can work together on emotions, family problems, fear, anxiety, and stress associated with various difficult experiences, we can make plans for the future and try to gain confidence in a new situation. Children and teenagers can safely talk about their problems in the family, with peers, adaptation to a new place, motivation, self-esteem, and the emotions they experience for various reasons. Using systemic therapy, we will work on family communication, boundaries between ourselves and other family members, and difficulties the family faces.
