Community - baobab is a place used by many people in different ways. We take care of it, we take care of each other.

Safety - as a team we respond to any form of violence whether it be verbal, physical, mental.

Open and sober minds - baobab is a place without alcohol and other dangerous substances.

Dialogue - we try to understand the other person, to listen to them, rather than trying to prove to them that we are right at all costs.

Freedom - we respect the freedom of choice. We don't force anyone to do anything, and we ask the same of others.

Solidarity - we are together and in regular contact with our audience. If we see a problem, we offer help.

Planet and responsibility - we try to minimize damage to nature.

Accessibility - both the space of Baobab and everything we organize are free of charge. We try to be accessible to people with disabilities.

Imperfection - we are a place to try, test, get to know each other and get to know Lublin. We are not creating a perfect place. We make mistakes, we learn, we modify our space, when necessary, we rearrange the furniture and make a cinema or dance hall out of a workshop room. We guarantee respect for the effort to do something, to change something.
